The National Hurricane Center says there is an 80 percent chance an area of disorganized thunderstorms in the Caribbean has an 80 percent chance of developing into the next tropical depression sometime in the next seven days. If a storm forms and strengthens to a tropical storm, it would be named “Sara.”
