The Oklahoma City Thunder are inking reserve shooting guard Alex Caruso to a four-season, $81 million contract extension to stay with the club long-term, Caruso’s agent at Wasserman, Greg Lawrence, informs Shams Charania of ESPN.

Caruso, 30, was first acquired by Oklahoma this summer, in a straight swap with the Chicago Bulls for little-used former lottery pick guard Josh Giddey.
