WATCH: Pentagon City mall closed after fights break out

ARLINGTON, Va. (DC News Now) — Police closed the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City on Saturday after “multiple fights” broke out.

The Arlington County Police Department (ACPD) said in a post just before 7:40 p.m. that officers responded to the mall, which is in the 1100 block of S. Hayes St., for fights in the area.

Prince George’s County police investigating triple shooting; 2 dead, 1 hurt

As of that post, ACPD had instructed the mall to close.

Police were still on the scene as of Saturday evening.
